Returns and Refund policy
At MI Store, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14–30 days of delivery (choose your preferred timeframe).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox.

Sale items, gift cards, and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin a return:

Email us at mistore1920@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Please contact us to request an exchange. If the item is in stock, we’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, email us at mistore1920@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll fix it at no extra cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take time to officially post.
